Cancellation Terms
4 tiers
Charges apply to the total package price per person, not to the deposit alone. Days are counted backwards from the arrival date on your booking confirmation, and every tier is published here before you send an enquiry.

| Under 7 days, or no-show | 100% | Nothing. Dates may be moved once within 12 months for a 15% rebooking fee. |
Amounts include VAT and the local tourist tax. Room type, transfer time and guide allocation do not change the tier. Written cancellations only, sent to contact@quickshoppz.com from the address on the booking.

The total is €1,480 per person and includes VAT and local tourist tax. Excluded: lunches, guide gratuities, and the optional Hoverla day at €45. Nothing else is added at arrival.
Cancellation, in two lines
Deposit refunded in full up to 30 days before arrival. From 29 to 15 days we retain the deposit; inside 14 days the full balance is charged.
