Terms of Service

These terms govern bookings on quickshoppz.com under Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII "On Electronic Commerce" of 3 September 2015 and Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII "On Consumer Protection" of 12 May 1991.

1. Provider

quickshoppz.com, LLC, EDRPOU 44526988, 15a Halytska Street, Office 4, Ivano-Frankivsk, 76018, Ukraine; contact@quickshoppz.com; +380 986 866 7631; Managing Director Sara Hansen. These details, our privacy policy, these terms, refund rules and the complaint contact are shown before booking.

2. Price and confirmation

Prices appear in the currency stated at booking and include applicable taxes. Total price, payment schedule and included or excluded services are displayed before you confirm. A booking is confirmed only by our written confirmation.

3. Itinerary and availability

Descriptions and itineraries are accurate at publication. Dates, rooms and treatments depend on availability; if a material change is needed we inform you before confirmation and offer an alternative or refund.

4. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation terms apply as shown at booking. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 14 calendar days. No-shows and unused services are non-refundable unless Law No. 1023-XII requires otherwise.

5. Insurance and advisories

Travel and medical insurance is not included unless stated; we recommend cancellation, medical and repatriation cover. Disclose health conditions and follow travel advisories.

6. Spa rules

Spa services are for guests aged 18+. Some treatments are unsuitable in pregnancy or with certain conditions — consult a physician and inform our staff. Treatments are not medical care or a cure; claims follow Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR "On Advertising" of 3 July 1996.

7. Complaints

Complaints: contact@quickshoppz.com, answered within 10 business days. Out-of-court dispute resolution is available only where both parties agree and a competent body exists; it is not mandatory or universally available. Court protection remains under Law No. 1023-XII.

8. Privacy and cookies

Personal data is processed under Law of Ukraine No. 3993-IX "On Personal Data Protection" of 25 April 2024 and cookies under Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX "On Electronic Communications" of 16 December 2020.
